Here’s a trick I just came up with today for dinner:
Take a container of antipasto mix like here:
Strain the contents keeping the oil that comes out. Add the contents to some pre-made lettuce package you find in the super market.
With the oil, add some seasonings like salt and pepper. Then whisk in some good vinegar. I used white wine vinegar. Whisk until it comes together.
Pour over the salad and antipasto.
Toss.
Now you have a very tasty salad that people will think you made from scratch.
