This one brings back memories of my youth. Something is special about black currants and black currant iced tea. First, its not easy to find. I think it’s more of a British thing like black currant jelly. It’s almost decadent while being simple at the same time. I got loose leaf tea at a specialty store called Margaret’s Fine Imports in Squirrel Hill and it’s excellent quality. So brew a cup, pour over ice and enjoy!
