Just a quick post to show my latest attempt at traditional French baguettes. While the first attempt was definitely edible, it didn’t look good and I knew I could improve on it.
Here’s my latest attempt.
Notice I actually went out and bought baguette pans.
Time for lunch. Can’t want to see what it tastes like!
